Carmen Booker the best friend of Caitlin Snow since the 3rd Grade. Carmen has always been the goofy sidekick to Caitlin. Carmen has been stuck to Caitlins side ever since.
Carmen always supported Caitlin and all her work. But now that the Particle Accelerator has failed, STAR labs has been focused one boy, Barry Allen, who was struck by lightning from the explosion.
Once Barry has woken up Carmen has taken a liking to this speedster. Maybe it's both of their silly personalities that draw them together but these two maybe even a better duo than Carmen & Caitlin.
