What if Life and Death themselves once upon a time used to be actual beings? What if when they died, they were such powerful forces, that they became just a movement in time that no one could see or stop? Having children of their own, Primal souls, that must eat the shattered souls of Life and Death so that they can be reborn and repeat the infinite cycle yet again. Many millennia later a little boy, Rhavin and his older brother, Jacob stumble upon a locked door in the ground containing a 200 year old demon, Jivanta. She struggles with humans and must escape her owner the most unlikely of evils who sends a breed of monsters that feed on Infinite Souls. She can't survive alone in this new era. She isn't meant for this world. Let alone adapt to it.

Nora's lived on the island all her life--catching food, doing experiments, keeping what she considers a safe distance away from the Wolf. Then he starts acting weird. Right in the middle of working on figuring out the problem, she falls asleep. Genex wakes up with barely any memory of anything from his 13 years of life. All he knows is that he's got a pet saber-tooth tiger named Fluffy, his mom is dead, and that he's got a girl named Nora in his head (when he's really not supposed to). He woke up to the Aregonian gods, Osires and Zios, telling him about training and his future and staying away from Pantheos, the Aregonian god of the underworld. But everything they tell him to do, Nora says the opposite. Everything they say, Nora hints that they're lying to him. Unsure of what to think, and with Nora continuously telling him to simply "look deeper" and "wait a little longer", Genex decides he needs to find the answer, and he needs to find the answer now. -> This story can also be found in To Be a Writer, but I wanted to publish it seperately as well. :)
