In a post-apocalyptic society, three areas of people are rising up against different difficulties. Survival is vital, but progress is banned. The world is frozen in a bomb-struck state, people living in ruined cities and crumbling buildings, the food tasteless and running out quickly. The people have no choice but to live with the conditions, while those who took over the ruling of Earth, now renamed, sit in riches, making progress to ban progress further.
