Newt is the new kid at Gladesville High. With no friends and only the movers and his family home, Newt meets a mysterious Pizza Boy who he instantly makes a connection with. As the days go by, their relationship unfolds into something unexpected. Just as things get begin to pan out for Newts benefit a tragedy hits. Leaving Newt and Thomas in a rough area. As Newt attempts to carry on life as normal, he struggles to find acceptance from his the others at school and with only Thomas, Teresa, Alby, and Aris being the only ones who truly understand.
