In February of 2016, Marion High School student were all casted roles within a playwright of these novels. Like any thespian, we began to tinker with our characters in unusual ways, trying to figure them out.
Within the spur of a moment, my fellow cast and I began to venture deeper into our characters. The result of this? Our characters back stories. What brought each character to Wonderland? And what made the characters who they are? What events took place to give each character their temperaments, wisdom, personality, etcetera?
This piece is a mismatched compilation of each actor/actresses take on their character.

Back to Wonderland (Heart no kuni no Alice fanfic)
Alice decides to leave the Country of Hearts, but agrees to come back when she's ready. When Alice gets back, it's the 21 century. Alice must fit in to high school and to make it harder, the Wonderland gang comes up to retrieve Alice just as she is fitting in. They also attend her new high school. Alice must keep them a secret until she is ready to go back to Wonderland. To make it worst, Joker is in the real world to claim Alice for himself. What will Alice do? The plot is mine. This story inspo came to me while making tacos for dinner. I'm not even joking. Alice I'm the last daughter of the Queen of Hearts. Fifth in line for a throne to a kingdom fallen to war and ruination at the hands of my own flesh and blood. Magic is failing us and our mages are at a loss on how to fix it. Their solution? Steal it. From another realm. One with just as many wild dangers as our own, but with one major problem in the way. Peter Panjara. The enemy's king. If the legends of Neverland are true, even looking upon his scarred and evil face will cast your soul into the Beyond. Doomed to wander with no purpose for eternity. But I'm not scared of some old dribble from the mouths of simpletons. I'm a monster in my own right. And I've never feared any demon but the one in the mirror. Peter My realm was at peace for 400 years. My subjects drank and laughed under the stars, never fearing the tomorrows on the horizon. Magic permeated through our shores and undulated in the currents of our seas. Until that blood-bathed witch attacked. My people were captured, turned to slaves and I had to flee my own damn castle. I will not rest until that queen's head is on my front gate. I will not pass into the Beyond until my kingdom is cleansed from Wonderland's filth. And I've found the perfect little rabbit to help me. Hatter's Revenge (rewriting - read at own risk)
There are a few things you need to know about Wonderland. First off, completely misnamed. It should be Terrorland. People don't just accidentally tumble into Wonderland, it sucks them in. There is no following of cute white rabbits with pocket watches. Wonderland is dangerous and you can lose a lot more than your head if you're not careful. Second, the Hearts are in control, but they shouldn't be. The throne of Wonderland rightfully belongs to the Spade heir. But he's currently missing. Third, and probably most important, is that Madison Hatter is NOT a native of Wonderland. He was yanked through a mirror many years ago and has been trying to survive Wonderland ever since. Now he has an idealistic young Real-Worlder on his hands and a rebellion in his heart. Mad is going to remove that Heart Queen if it's the last thing he does. She's the one who stole him from his life all those years ago and he's been waiting for the moment when he can tear her life to shreds in repayment. Calling him tall dark and handsome would be the understatement of the century. He is the arrogant quarterback and one of the most popular guys in shcool. He is as I mention previously the reincarnation of the devil in his actions and a Greek God in the looks department, with startling blue eyes, a sinful body and gorgeous hair, who may at different times define the words Cocky and Adorable. Quite a contrast isn't it? Well that's who he is, or for that matter how we all are... a bit of both. Ashton Fobes is Alli's bestfriend, well Ex-Bestfriend, he is also her arch nemisis, her sworn enemy, but he is also the only one who can make her push her limits and challenge her in ways she never thought possible. Soon they were playing with Cupid's arrows trying to set up the unlikeliest couple imaginable, but what they seemed to have forgotten was Fate's wierd sense of humor and so it turned out while they were playing with Cupid's Arrows, he was aiming them at these two instead.
