Jacy Cackle (or an OC) has always been very sadistic. The reason she is described like this is because she has constant urges to kill (but hasn't) and drinks/eats blood (not a vampire). She one night goes to pick up her boyfriend who is drunk from a party and thinks that will be the most eventful part of her night but is soon proved wrong by a very powerful being.

Sleep while you can for in the night cold eyes rest upon your frame and his devil smile creeps across his face to make his menacing shadow After all a serpent's smile is most dangerous (Y/N) was an ordinary person, sometimes accident prone but she wasn't too clumsy. of course anyone who saw her day to day life would say the clumsiest thing they ever did was bump into the one phycopathic murderer that lived down in Ellsberry ridge a quaint city just minding its own business the man's name was serpent, at least that's what he was called. and when he decides to show her how wrong she was to bump into him he can't bring himself to kill her. but why?... was she different? was she not worth his time? was she worth all of his time? was he in his own version of twisted love... of course he was And he'd do anything to keep it
