We often find ourselves in unlikely situations. For instance, bumping into an unwanted person whilst inside the elevator. For seventeen-year-old piano extraordinaire, Mason Atkins, it was seeing a girl walking barefoot under the rain. A girl he recognized as someone from school, but still considered a complete stranger seeing as they've never really communicated before. She's barely an acquaintance. Should he help her and offer her a ride home, or should he do otherwise because lets face it, most people aren't very trustworthy these days. Let's just say it was a very unlikely situation.

But after going through all the trouble of thinking it through, he finds himself offering the seemingly harmless girl a ride home; if she had a place to call home that is.
