Far far away there is a Galaxy with humans like us. Yet they are not. Over the years they have developed magical abilities and have become more then just human.
Our story takes place on the planet Anuva, where for the past 5 years the people have been living in fear of the Evil King.  But not all are afraid of him. 
Aiden Power has had everything he's loved taken from him by evil, and now the Evil King wants to take away his home of Super City.

He's a lover, not a telekinetic black-leather-wearing killer, and he wants to keep it that way. The fates of his best friends hang in the balance, and if he can't face his biggest fears, he'll become a pawn to a powerful underground whose dark intentions could destroy his city, and possibly, the world. Life just got messy for the clean-freak super. WARNING: Mild swearing, and a 'spit' load of dorky alternatives. Lift a building, breathe underwater, fly. But at such a cost? Morgan would very happily shove it back to wherever it came from. In a close future, certain children and teenagers suddenly begin to exhibit their own unique superpowers. In order to contain them, keep the secret, and abuse these young adults' power for their own advantage, the government hunted them down and opened camps to train and brainwash these 'supernaturals' in cruel ways. It didn't matter if the child was five or eighteen; they'd take them and give them the same horrible treatment. Morgan was hunted and taken. Rylie was not. Morgan Carter was put in the camps and wasn't able to come out the same way she came in. She became their pet telekinetic/assassin, ready to kill and torture without hesitation and knew how to. She forgot her old life, including her name. Rylie Garner paraded as Light Glider around his city-their own personal superhero-escaping being caught with the help of his friends while trying to find his little supernatural sister, who was taken. But then, their stories began to intertwine. --------- Completed/Being Rewritten

Shortlisted for the Open Novella Contest 2019 • Being a Supervillain is tough. Between managing a secret lair and making sure your mom doesn't stop loving you because you keep telling everyone she's dead, it's a really hard business to be good at? Add to that, the fact that somehow you got arrested because your cat sitter didn't take the day off and then you go around expressing your unconditional love for pancakes in a Super holding cell because technically they can't put you in a proper prison and you don't really have a choice because lawyers are expensive? And then, you realise your best friend is plotting go take over your spot as the greatest villain there ever was? Okay, maybe not the greatest, but you do come pretty close to it! To top it off, there's that one Superhero who's just so completely gorgeous, you couldn't imagine any harm coming to them? Because they're just that precious? I guess that makes me a Supervillain with minor time travel superpowers and a huge crush on a not so powerful Superhero? And all you have to do is protect yourself and everyone you love from your ex best friend/sidekick --because let's face it that's the highest level of praise for a wretched traitor here--and you also have to get out of Super Holding somehow? What could go wrong? Right?

Every city has its claim to fame and for the city of Cytropolis it's their superheroes. But unlike the cities of Gotham and Central City, this isn't a good thing. Cytropolis is known far and wide as the city with the clumsiest and least influential superheroes ever. But it never mattered that much since the super villains were just as bad. That is, until recently when the villains decided to smarten up and open a super villain academy to train the newest generation (something that never occurred to the heroes). Luckily for them, Matt Miller has arrived. He may seem like an average, normal (even bordering on boring) seventeen-year-old boy, but when are things ever what they seem? He may be apathetic and bitter but he has super powers and he's kind of, well, powerful. He's the heroes only hope against the newest villain in town, Sinister Shadow, and he has no choice but to lend a hand (but he refuses to wear tights while he does it, he draws the line at tights).
