She took Sailor Mercury's computer and tried to find a match of records and Pluto's timekeeper knowledge which she also stole, but she then found out Inuyasha's family bloodline was royalty and a strong line stronger than Elyson, she knew it was either Sesshomaoru or Inuyasha, but she felt Sesshomaoru is too guarded, he'd never let his guard down. So, she chose to take a page out of a book from an olden time when Gods would hide their true selves or pertain to be in the form of another. She turned herself into Kagome and is willing to change everything, and she'd begin with this one spell she'd become Kagome for an entire night, she was going to get Inuyasha to impregnate her to start a new life, and a new future without the others. She was angry because all of the Sailor Scouts knew about Darien's side piece and accident and they all chose to take his side and hide his secret from Serena, and she didn't like that at all.
