Sequel to Alpha or Beta(Can be read without reading first book): Nine years have passed and Evelyn is now the narrator: I'm the only one. Ralf was the first of us to shift. He said it hurt at first, but now the feeling of going back and forth between werewolf and human is amazing. Rosie said she can feel the change coming soon. The rest of them are changing as well. Then there's me. I'm the only one who can't shift. I reach up and grab the white strands of hair that curse my body. My ability to shift into a wolf has been ripped from me and soon everyone will know that I'm different. That scares me. Honestly, I want to be able to shift so badly, but the only way I can do that is if Gloria gives me back my ability that she stole. Yeah, like that's going to happen, we haven't seen her since she took it from me. Well it's my junior year of school and I won't be able to find my mate because I don't have my inner wolf. I wonder if I even have a mate. Kari says it could be possible that I don't have one, but I know I do. I just know I do. Who knows, he might even be one of the guys around me now. I just hope I will be able to sense him and understand that he is my mate. I guess I will just have to keep an eye out and hopefully, I will know.

a transcription of a story i wrote in 5th grade, from an old notebook thats falling apart. the shower thought turned ambitious murder mystery xenofiction that spawned my current story, The Wolves of Evergreen just so you know, it is fairly directionless and will end in the middle of a sentence, but i still think its really cool and genuinely love the worldbuilding. i will likely incorporate some aspects of this such as the underground tunnels into TWoE Vocabulary: Hoopine - Deputy (like warrior cats) Nata - Healer Penglai - Guard. there are two per Pride Tabul - Apprentice (warrior cats) Neful - i think this is basically younger than tabul-age? Cetere - adult member of a Pride Naffe - sunbaked meat patty Kantash Strand - a grass strand in a woven bracelet, awarded for certain accomplishments. the more strands one has, the higher their rank Scataray - pickaxe Timays - idk i think its like dumplings or something i dont remember

I was a normal eighteen-year-old struggling to be an adult while still feeling like a child and then I found him. My one person. Fate it seemed sent him while I wasn't looking. My older brother hated him and I wasn't sure, I mean he did kidnap me the first time we met. Okay, to be fair his people kidnapped me. They didn't mean to but they did. That was also the day that I learned what werewolves were. Turns out I am one, interesting plot twist in my life, but I digress. This is a love story. And Troy is my love. He's also a wolf shifter just to be clear and super sexy but again I digress. Anyway, I guess it wouldn't be a very good story if we were so happy and in love the entire time, so I get kidnapped, again although not entirely by mistake this time. Perks of being the Alpha's mate. Just a warning there is some swearing in here so if you don't want to read that this is not the book for you. In addition, this story contains sensitive material like miscarriage so please be aware when diving in!

As someone who lives with depression and anxiety, a lot of my thoughts are bound to not be very pleasant. But hey, some of them are quite philosophical and positive. But that's rare. Join me on my journey through sadness, happiness, curiosity, mystery, and so much more. I was inspired to make a collection of my poems, and I decided to just do it. Also, you should know that I will try to crack jokes or be funny in my serious poems. It's just how I am. Another thing, I do enjoy making things rhyme. Btw, some poems are going to be much better than others. My brain just works strangely. I also really hope my writing doesn't offend anyone. If it does, I do deeply apologize. I'm mainly just doing this all for myself. Just wanna get all my words saved somewhere. If my humor or anything else offends you, I am deeply sorry for that. Sometimes I just have no clue what I'm saying. I just type what's in my mind. Ps, this is not a cry for help. I'm doing fine, but I have dark thoughts. I can't help it. And to the person who a lot of these poems are based on, I am genuinely sorry. I never wish to write this type of stuff about anyone. This is just how I'm dealing with the pain you caused me. I know you'll never see this, but still. I hate being so hateful. That was always your thing.
