Percy Jackson is an average kid. He's bullied in school, has no intrest in learning math, and hates geometry. He's dyslexic and has ADHD, but his mom says thats normal, and she's always right. Just because he can read the weirld language his mythology teacher shows on the board doesnt mean he's weird, and its not like he told anyone about it. So yeah, he just a normal, average person...until he's transported back in time. Now he's fighting monsters he never thought he'd fight in Ancient Greece, because the gods and godesses sent him on a quest that could destroy the world if he fails. No pressure, but at least Percy's not the only one stuck saving the world, his emo neighbor Nico and "responsible" friend Jason are stuck with him too. Percy just wishes he could sleep properly again, and who is the cool blond girl that transfered to his school? Why does she look so familiar? But as their relationship grows intense and heated, she realizes that everything is too good to be true that she is just a puppet that is being controlled for his amusement and that she needs to question everything she ever knew.
