Most of her life, Cinder had been in a coma. Her biological parents had died in a carcrash that put her in the coma
When she was 8, she woke up and soon was moved to an orphanage with no memories of her past.
She soon was adopted by a man name Linh Garren, who was from Beijing. (This takes place in America because most of highschool stories take place there so im more exposed to that.)
Now she's 16 and is going to school for her first time, being homeschooled and all.
