Penny Wilson has never had a boyfriend let alone kissed a guy. It's always been an embarrassing fact about her. But the summer before her senior year, she decides that this is the year she will end her cursed single streak. Six months previous, Penny's mom married her stepfather Mike Marsh who happens to have a daughter of the same age. Model status Brynn Marsh has never had any trouble getting boys to look her way. Having despised her new sister for her looks and opposite mannerisms, Penny has never made an effort to become friends with her new family. Soon their parents decide that against their will, Penny and Brynn will attend summer camp. Already enraged at Brynn for snatching yet another guy Penny has had her eyes on, this is the final straw. Despite her anger, Penny realizes that her mannerisms are what's keeping her from boys. Perhaps a couple lessons from her flirtatious stepsister could save her pathetic single life.

"Seriously you've dated the same guy since freshman year!" He asks astonished. I nod my head. "So, you've only kissed one guy?" I laugh. "Why does everyone always ask that?" Izzy Gavins has only dated one guy; has only ever kissed one guy. Everyone tells her to live her life and to have fun. She does have fun, Tyler makes her happier than anyone she's ever met. Tyler Lochner flunked sixth grade and had to repeat it. Sometimes God works in mysterious ways. If that hadn't happened he wouldn't have gotten to go through high school with the one girl he's ever loved. It's their last summer before college and they're not going to let any minute go to waste. At least that's what Tyler thought till Izzy started having doubts about their relationship. Maybe everyone is right, maybe she's holding herself back to fit into Tyler's lifestyle. Maybe she needs a break to work on herself. One thing Tyler hates is the not knowing, for him they're either together or not. Everyone says change is a good thing, but what if it's not? Because this change hurts like hell. Cover art by @JankyFluffy
