The Swing

The Tucker Family had lived in the ranch house for 10 years. Finn, their child, would always swing on the wooden swing. It was his favorite thing to do. Unfortunately, that was what caused his tragic death. It was one night on August 3rd 1998 when Finn was alone and was thrown from the swing into the rocky creek. His family couldn't find him for 3 days until they noticed their dog barking from below the small hill near the swing. They ran to the hill horrified by the body of their 10 year old son Finn. The body was taken by the coroner the same day. After his funeral, the family decided to destroy the old ranch and leave everything behind. The only thing remaining was the swing.
After 17 years In 2015, a family decided to buy the land and build a new ranch house. The thing they didn't know was the history behind the old property. What was under it and what was still remaining. Finns ghost still plays on the swing every single day.
What will happen to the new family when they want to take the swing down and build a new home?
