"And just like me, his past had made him empty, his body left uninhabited." When it comes to change, sixteen-year-old Bianca Sommers is anything but for it. So when she ends up being forced to spend her summer in the small, sleepy, sea-side town that is Saundersfoot, Bianca's convinced she's in for the worst seven weeks of her life. Wordlessly learning to deal with her mother's death and the temporary absence of her father, nothing could have prepared Bianca for living with her Aunt Penny. But when she stumbles across Joey Harrison on the beach, things start to look up. Its not long before her perspective on Britain's dullest town becomes her escape and for the first time in years, she feels genuinely happy. Except Bianca knows all too well that just like most things, happiness is only temporary and soon after this discovery, she begins to question what she's really gotten herself into.

Teen Fiction | Drama | Self-Discovery Description: Have you ever felt like you exist, but no one really sees you? Seventeen-year-old Alyssa Cruz has mastered the art of being invisible. At school, she's the quiet girl in the corner. At home, she's the daughter no one listens to. She walks through life unseen, unheard-until one day, a simple act of kindness makes someone finally notice her. When Ethan, the new transfer student with his own hidden scars, starts talking to her, Alyssa begins to realize that being invisible isn't just about being ignored-it's about hiding from herself. As the two form a fragile friendship, Alyssa's world slowly begins to shift. But when secrets from the past resurface, she must decide: stay invisible and safe, or be seen and risk breaking apart? Because sometimes, the hardest person to face... is the one in the mirror.
