Hideki, sister Avaron, and their life long friend Satoru go out into the forest to battle monsters. The farther they go in the farther they are from civilization, and the monsters are higher levels. The three can only take on level 10 monsters but they go into far and encounter some level 12s. Satoru gets injured and they have to get out of the forest. When the siblings get home they find out that their parents have been murdered. They leave their little town and search for their killer. On their adventure theirs a bit of romance between Avaron and Satoru, some friendly guides, and traders... At the end of their adventurous journey they find their killer and...
