A shadow.
Ever since I walked home from the bakery I'd felt as if I was being followed.
I was never afraid of the dark until tonight.
As I was walking I heard a boom and turned around, my paranoia getting the best of me.
Just a cat chasing a mouse everything's okay I told myself.
When I turned back around there was someone standing there right in front of me.
His eyes were blood red.
"Hello beautiful" he said with a hint of a smirk.
