The Black Dove

Hobi (J- Hope) receives a rather interesting fan gift. A necklace with a black dove charm. But this isn't any ordinary necklace.
The necklace comes with an envelope that has instructions written on a well aged piece of paper inside.

The instructions are as follows...

This talisman has the power to grant three wishes. The bearer of this talisman is entitled to three wishes only, no more- no less.
However there can only be one bearer at any given time.
If the talisman comes into possession of a new bearer before the original owner makes their three wishes the new owner will die.
Every wish made will be granted.

What'll happen when Hobi realises that with every wish he makes there's a severe consequence?
