I leaned forward and closed the last half an inch between us, pressing my lips onto hers. She didn't flinch away at all, but instead pressed closer to me. I felt both of our bodies shiver against each other as I started to move my lips on hers. "Mine." I whispered on her lips before crashing my lips back onto hers. ............................................................................................................................................ Emma and Liam were never supposed to cross the line. They were just innocent siblings in the same home, orbiting the same quiet rooms. It started with one accidental picture. One slip, one message sent to the wrong person. Emma never meant for Liam to see it. But the moment her secret bared itself to him, everything between them shifted. The quiet safety of being just siblings cracked, and what poured out wasn't simple attraction. It was hunger. Control. A dangerous, quiet obsession that neither of them wanted to name. Their love isn't soft or safe; it's sharp, manipulative, intoxicating. It unravels their sense of self just as much as it binds them together. As secrets mount and their obsession deepens, Emma and Liam are forced to confront the truth: this isn't just love. It's dependency, control, and the slow, quiet ruin of everything they thought they could keep clean. Every locked door, every late-night message, every blurred boundary pulls them closer, until control stops being power... and becomes addiction. One accidental picture lit the match. Now they're both chained to the fire.
