Yes it is a School AU (they go to Alfheim high) with all the characters as students. This will be Kirito X Asuna and maybe a little twist at the end.

Asuna's life is perfect. She's popular, rich and is following her dream to become a ballet dancer. Kazuto is the underdog or outcast. He wears black ALL THE FREAKING TIME, he's no good at socialising, not exactly wealthy and stays in his room most days playing video games.

"He wanted her.
She'd never tell.
Secretly she wanted him as well."

Asuna happens to secretly own a game console, and meets 'Kirito' (Kazuto) online in a game called Sword Art Online. Her parents and friends hate games though so she cannot ever let their worlds cross.

"And all of her friends stuck up their nose.
They had a problem with his 'black' clothes."

So she also meets Kazuto at school (she doesn't know it's Kirito) but their social status holds a true love from ever kindling. Plus her parents are kinda b*****s and want her to marry a rich man.

(Time for the questions!) Will Asuna ever find out 'Kirito' and Kazuto are one the same? Will she ever let her feelings for him show? Or will she keep herself locked out of a socially forbidden love?

Okay I hope you like this, I know SAO has become kinda lame but I like some of the personalities of the characters and I hope this works. Please don't read if you hate the SAO characters. Thanks!
