Meet Kayla Reynolds. She is an average teenage girl who gets by on a regular day to day basis. As the new student, Reynolds comes across different phases in her junior life. Some phases are: adjusting to the new culture, not seeming like an introvert who has no friends, and of course the usual avoid being some preppy group’s target. Adjusting to the new culture is simple for Reynolds, her family consists of one older brother and one father. The family tends to move frequently due to her father’s job, it’s nothing new, they know the drill on fake smiles and laughter. Making friends on the other hand.. sometimes that can be an issue. There’s a family tradition of keeping their birth names, but having different personalities for each move. This year, Kayla Reynolds has chosen to finally be herself while the men decide what peronsality they decide on. What’s the harm of being a humble, quiet girl? That’s what Reynolds asked herself, only to realize she would soon become the school’s well known introvert. So lets dig a little deeper, lets say.. she comes across two people, twins. Introducing the Walker Twins, Andrea and River Walker. Andrea being the oldest by 1:15 minutes. These two are polar opposites when compared to Reynolds. Some friendships are in the league where no one understands how or why, and sometimes that’s okay. I’ll spare you the thought of thinking some love fling happens between Kayla and River, just no, we have enough love stories. You’re in the wrong section, I’ll re-direct you to Teen Fiction, anyways back to the plot. Dig deeper into Reynolds’ life story once she famously runs over one of the school’s stars, Dante Hoffman. Yes, I mean run over like you know, with a truck sort of transportation. Bam, kapow, man down, someone seriously should’ve worn her glasses today, that idiot. Reynolds’ response? “Oh fuck me, as if this day couldn’t get any better dammit."
