Now it is 3000, and everything is better. We have turned Global Warming around permanently. The only problem we have now, is everything is evolving a little to quickly for our tastes...

I never believed it would end like this. I was just watching Netflix when the power went out, then before I knew it everyone was screaming, then the school began to shake and fell to the ground. Only three kids in my entire school were spared, four if you count me. I found a group of people heading to the east coast for a boat trip to a supposed safe haven in India. They died of disease days later. I found their bodies by the river. But I guess this is my life now, surviving with a scared boy, a pair of twins and trying to make it to the next day. Population Control
You know what? No one wants to admit it, but we're all running out of room. People are blind. We're too many. Every year, more of us pile onto this rotting planet. Bodies, faces, minds pushing, shoving, breathing, eating, consuming. But what are we really? Resources. And guess what? Resources expire. We can't just keep packing in more and more. People are already useless. We've been useless for a long time, and yet we're allowed to walk around, pretending we matter. Pretending we aren't just feeding into this endless cycle of death.
