No one thought we would ever go to war, nobody thought it would take this long. Its been 10 years. 10 years of hell. Nobody knows how it started, and no one knows how its going to end. The year is 2036. Im King of the Angels. We are here for a simple reason, simple but very difficult. We are here to bring peace and protection to those that have not joined the war. May the gods preserve us. We will need it.

Humanity used to thrive in 2035 until a group of scientists started playing God. This science team was recruited by all the top world leaders and they've begun receiving demands for a super soldier, and they began experimenting on animals, which gave the scientists expected results, but like all experiments, there was a chance for failure. The humanoid animals, or Anthros for short, started getting smarter, faster than the scientists expected, or reacted. The Anthros broke free and took what was left of the 'White Mist,' the substance that created them, and put it into the planet's air supply. Long story short, most animals worldwide have begun transforming into Anthros, and started devastating the world's militaries before attacking cities. Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. With death seeming inevitable for human kind, can nothing stop humanity from extinction? Zero has just graduated from high school with good marks and a scholarship. His family wanted to celebrate, so they said they would wait for him. He went back to grab his wallet, and as he turned around, he started falling in a wormhole, closing afterwards. No one saw this coming, something like this happening is never planned by anyone, it was small at first, subtle warning's from the news then it hit hard within a couple hours, weeks. Pretty soon people were screaming, running from loved one's that caught a strange virus that was floating around for some reason that is still unknown a year later. Now everyone is fighting to be the last one standing as if it's a game, there are only a few people left in only a year, there's rumours about a cure going around but I know that's fake, nobody would be stupid enough to test if their immune. Unless it wasn't a test.

The ice deep in the north has melted to reveal a new world hidden under the ice. It holds vegetation and animals that seem unworldly when compared to ours, but hidden in the deepest part of this world is another cave with the oldest surviving strains of an ancient bacteria capable of taking host of dead creatures and reanimating them into beasts worse than before. This strain had grown weak over the ages and was nearly extinct, but the human immune system, never being exposed to this, caused the strain to thrive inside its new unexpecting host and spreads out to the world. It starts small, just a speck on the hands of a few people, but soon, it spreads to door handles, pens, books, chairs, things like that. It continues spreading and now has infected its first corpse, the remains of an ant. This new creature comes and spreads to that ant's nest and then to the animals that eat them. Before less than a month passed, the virus had spread to a graveyard in the hidden grottos of the Yukon. This virus, now able to think from the new minds of fresh bodies, can strategize. In only another week, the epidemic had spread to the northern edge of the United States. Spreading further and further in, people began to notice this strange happening. From people disappearing to entire towns popping out of existence, the bacteria continued to spread. To keep order, the governments had those who disappeared erased from existence, but it wasn't enough. The takeover of those long gone happened in less than three weeks and society collapsed. Spreading overseas, it began its removal of life in Europe, but that's a story for another day. We now come to those few remaining settlements in the collapsed U.S, now called The Crumbled Land. What does this new land hold hidden deep in the remnants of its former glory?

Humans were always destined to be extinct but the start. Evolution had killed of several before. Now, it was their turn. But, they would be bringing the earth down with them this time. Their downfall was desecrate to their being. It was their own fault. It was their own faults, their flaws, that lead to what came next for earth. Everyone had been talking about it since the 1950's; global warming was rising the temperatures, killing off land for exotic lifeforms, and soon, what the humans had created would lead to them all dead too. And they all thought that artificial intelligence would kill them? Ha, silly humans. what they created out of greenhouse gases was the true reason of the next mass extinction. In order to preserve time, to buy themselves the time that they had left, the world had somehow formed into one world order, and all lived in the United States Of America, across the states, too. It was very calm, and how their government worked, was there was their leader, their ruler, their king, along with a bunch of advisors who sat on the council, as they all tried to figure out how to combat the rising emissions. They had all agreed that living on a sustainable earth was plausible, but knew that the fight was far from over. But, the fight had to be over soon, because if they did not stop it very soon, they'd be on brink of no return. Of getting up from their place they'd been calling home for 3.4 eons, and finally colonizing another planet. But, they could not, because they knew it would still take them months, and months to get all the supplies, and even then, the supplies wouldn't be enough to host everyone on earth. Some had to be executed, or left behind, waiting for their doom. Their decision? Only the top 1% leave earth to try and colonize another planet. Everyone else would die on what would be known as Sileo Day, which was to happen in less then 24 hours. Some could try and escape, but it would be no use. Or, would it?

Peace. Peace? Is that all that humans seek? Ironically, human resources can make peace, but wars are still in and about. Peace is all that one might seek, or that's what everyone thought. After so many battles through history and many more to come, the world will never unite. Some countries will resist and rule the top; some will collapse and find shelters underneath the surface. For sure, only those who will survive are those who will live in the shadows. Some countries decided to change the world by creating the biggest alliance ever known to face the most influential nations all at once. Thus they decided to change the world for good. This is what she was told.
