Theyndrial Stormhawk was no stranger to adventure. Her father was the Lord of a small town east of Edoras and he frequently took her with him on his travels to other parts of Middle Earth. Theyndrial was half elf half human, one of few.
Thorin had worked as a blacksmith in her town for many years and had brought his two young nephews with him. Theyn grew up in the company of Fili and Kili and the three had become very close. Even with her elvish blood, Thorin took a liking to Theyn and acted as something of a protective older brother. The dwarfs said that since she was not a full elf, they could forgive her for having any elvish blood.

But in the battle your husband's life was taken by azog. It wasn't easy for you, especially raising one baby son and one on the way. but Thorin was there to help you. After your husband's death you knew you'd never fall in love again until a certain Hobbit came into your life. (The first movie will sadly not be the extended version, but the others are the extended version.)
