Phoenix lived in California for most of her life but tragedy struck and she moved in with her auntie and uncle; they gave her everything and she was thankful but her home was in sun-kissed Sacramento, not Brooklyn, NY. Her mind changes when she meets Grey, she's beautiful in every way but Phoenix isn't supposed to like girls, let alone make a move on one that might not even like her the same way. The seventeen year old is challenged with choosing to overcome her shyness and be her true self or to follow what she was taught and possibly give up on the best thing that ever happened to her. Her story is just about to begin.

The Girls with the Flame Tattoos de artsykid04
15 partes Concluida Contenido adulto
In this society, everyone has a soulmate. And the way to find yours is just look. Along with a soulmate, everyone has a small tattoo on their cheek with a symbol. Some could be a star, a flower, a yinyang, a fish, or even waves. There are so many people that the symbols are almost limitless. The tattoos don't care about gender or number. There could be gay matches, and there could even be polyamorous matches. The tattoos will tingle when you are near to your sm. And they will glow if you have found only one of your sm's if your match was poly. The trick is, you don't get the tattoo until you are 16. And even if you are near your match, as long as one of you are not of age, your tattoo will not tingle. Also, they are normal tattoos (except you don't get it or choose it, it just appears) so you can get rid of it. But if you do, your sm won't die but they will get very sick. The main characters of this story, Violet West (18) and Harper Black (20), both have a flame tattoo on their cheek. They live in the same state but for 4 years Harper paniced because she couldn't find her match. She wasn't sure if it was because her sm wasn't of age yet or if her sm lived far away. For 2 years Violet also paniced but she knew that some people don't find their sm for 5-10 years after they come of age, so she wasn't as scared as Harper. One day though, they feel their tattoos start to tingle. ____________________________________ *Will they be happy with who their soulmate turns out to be? *Will they recognize each other? *Will they be happy? *Will they break apart? -Read to find out. :) ____________________________________ This book is rated mature because there is a lot of talk of depression and self harm. So if you feel uncomfortable with reading about that.. this book is not for you.

Knock Him Off His Feet

45 partes Concluida

His finger lightly touches the bottom of my chin, and he pushes my face upwards so that I'm looking into his eyes. Eyes that are solely on my lips. I can't help it. I bite them. "Oh, Delta," he whispers, quietly giggling under his breath. His laugh makes my heart beat faster. So fast, I can hear it pounding in my ears and rattling my bones. "I want to bite those lips of yours... so badly." ~ Xavier is a brawler. It's an absolute shame really, because Delta hates violence. She hates Xavier too. Or at least she thinks she does. But one lip bite and one hungry kiss might just be enough to flip her entire world upside down. And then all at once, desire comes crashing down on her like a tidal wave. ~ Start: October 5th 2017 End: July 7th 2018 WARNING: I wrote this book before I realized how typical and cliché character stereotypes were, so I apologize deeply if you cringe while reading this, but thank you boatloads if you do decide to anyways. Love you lots!
