Tabitha Levant was a walking weapon. Trained by the League of Assassins since the tender age of seven she had little knowledge of the crevasses in the world, only really experiencing a taste of it when given a list of names to cross out.
Sent to investigate the effects of an exploding particle accelerator, she is instructed to either capture metahumans that could be assets to the League, or destroy ones that pose a threat.
