Ella is new to a little town called BlueArrow, she soon realises that this town is very....different....to her last town. She's starts by just seeing smiles, more than she's ever seen before, and on everyone's faces no matter age, hieght, gender, race or size. Then she starts to see a lot of star gazers, crowds upon crowds of them every night....until one night when she makes a wish.....but will hers come true?
