A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, there lived an universe where everything was different. Where the man we knew called Kylo Ren called himself Ben, and the smuggler Han Solo was nothing more than a murderer of innocents. The Rebels controlled everything, and the First Order lurked in the shadows, revolting against every movement by the diabolical government. 

In other words, Kylo's good, and Han is bad. No one is happy about this.

This story, honestly, was created just with the notation, "What if Kylo Ren and Han Solo switched places?" Then it became, "What if the Dark Side was good, and the Jedi are evil?" Then it became this, leading me to believe, well, what the heck, I'll put it online for the internet to judge.

A fiery red saber but behind that saber is Rey, her hand twitches and the saber becomes a double-pronged staff. A maniacal evil laugh cackles. Kylo woke with a start and sat upright on his bed. Written after the first trailer dropped and finished before the film was released. Contains references to previous films, novelisations and comics. My heart pounded in my chest, and my breathing became speratic. "I can sense your feelings, don't think you can hide them from me, like in this very instance, you're scared of me." He suddenly bent down closer to my ear. "You should be." I managed to muster up some courage and fire back. "You're insane to think I'll ever join you!" Based on Star Wars ep. VII: The Force Awakens. "You... you're afraid." I say looking back at him defyingly. "That you'll never be as strong as Darth Vader." I say his hand moving away from me instantly and he takes a step back finally my body gets released from his hold. I notice the expression from his face breaking completely, he is confused even rattled. I breathe heavily and keep staring back at him proud of myself as he picks up his mask and exits the room leaving me tied up to the interrogation chair. How was I able to do all of that? ------ This book is part 1 of my rewrite series. I figured that if If I wanted to rewrite TLJ and TROS the only correct way would be by also doing TFA so here is that. Also, this book is going to be very similar to the movie to a point where it is almost identical but since it's written with different points of views we get to know more about the characters and where they come from. It is very canon compliant especially when talking about the different character backstories. That being said, this doesn't mean that the next two books are going to be the exact same as the movies I want to take the other books in a completely different way. They might still have similarities to the movies but not that many. ------ **I do not own any of the characters in the Star Wars Saga all credits to that go to Lucas Films.**
