Becoming a parent at nineteen is no easy feat. It's even worse when your child's life is threatened.

Feared by most, but there is something in his eyes that Bryan can't shake.
"I'm so dead Benny, what the fuck was I thinking? I can't do this!"

"Your puny ass will be dead within a week here." Grayson glares at him.
"I don't have a choice, I rather it be me than my daughter." Why did I just say that? The cold dead look in the man's eyes would scare anyone away. I can't back down, no matter what.
Neither one of them can look away. A familiarity, a longing one that Bryan thought he lost almost five years ago resurfaces and he doesn't understand why.
"It's your funeral, meet me here tomorrow at ten, I will show you how to properly fight." The hold is broken as Grayson walks away.
That was... strange, but forgotten the moment he was out of sight.
Little did they both know that they shared a history that will soon come to light once training begins.
