Serena Fogg- President of Panem, demigod of Nyx. The powers of the Olympians themselves were questionable, when put against Serena's. She was rumored to have the power to send out waves of darkness and terror; it was even said she could summon the very constellations to her aid.

The ancient Greek gods and goddesses were slowly fading with the continuation of humanity in Panem, and Serena was fine with that--but not before she could create an epic Games of her own, to be commemorated for all eternity. The Olympians would be fighting to be remembered, to have a place in their own home- just like the tributes themselves.
