When 14 year old Brooklyn Shila "Brook" Manks almost drowns her life is saved by an unknown force and she soon realizes that the force did more than save her life. Now she has to learn to master her newfound powers all while keeping them a secret from her high strung mother and visiting Yalie sister. Luckily things start going her way when she meets Terra Parks, a 17 year old girl with powers similar to hers who offers to help her learn how to control them but things are not as they seem. Strange symbols start app reading all over town and the news has taken an interest but only Brook's dead father holds the key to understanding what they mean. Soon Brook and Terra decide to team up with local shy guy Gale Richards and wealthy son of entrepreneur parents Egan James, who also began exhibiting strange powers after their own near death experiences, to follow the same path that Ken Manks followed 14 years ago but will the team of 4 get more than they bargained for when they reach their destination? Unbeknownst to humans, there is an invisible world just beyond their own where Mother Nature and Father Time work together to keep the earth in balance; however, when a prediction is made that a threat to their world will rise, its up to Mother Nature's daughter, Terra, to stop it. Preview: "Aqua!" Terra cried as she ran to her badly injured sister. She quickly fell to her knees and cradled her sister in her arms. Her whole body was littered with burns, cuts, and bruises. It looked as if she had beaten to a pulp. Her eyes began to flutter open. She gasped and tried to get away from Terra until she realized that it was Terra. "Terra?" Aqua croaked out in a hoarse voice. "Yes, Aqua, it's me. Don't worry I will get you out of here." Terra reassured as she began to gently help Aqua sit up. "Terra, where is Aura?" Aqua asked in a raspy voice. Terra paused and thought for a minute. Where was Aura? "I don't know. She actually led me here, but I don't know where she went."
