The intruders words rang through my head, over and over again; like a broken record. "This is all your fault." My father spit. Breaking anything in his path. That day the old him was gone, never to return. The nightmare of this day would haunt me in my sleep; as my life was never the same. Life was unfair, the world is a horrible place. It was like everything came crashing down at one moment. The only person I had left after that was my best friend... We slowly grew apart as he didn't know what went on behind the doors of my house. Years passed, as the day still made my life worse. Not having the money to move I was still stuck in the same house... By the same river. Soon anouther murrder happened, the same way as... Suicidal
This is the story of an abused teenage girl, Maddie. Her need to die has become overwhelming and she is trying to find a way to help herself before she does something she may regret. The story is told from her point of view as she recalls all that has happened to her. Maybe telling her story will help her, maybe not. This isn't just any other sob story. This is more realistic. You may even find yourself comparing your life to Maddie's while reading this story. Disclosure: I wrote this as a 13-year-old and the writing is definitely not up to my current standards, but I feel as though changing what I have already written would take away from the emotion I put into this story at 13 years old.
