This short story was inspired / based off of the idea that two people having matching bracelets, but not regular bracelets
Whenever one of the two people touch the center of their bracelet, the other persons lights up and buzzes / vibrates .
So, say one of the two people passed away with their bracelet on, and one night, the person who is still alive feels theirs go off in the middle of the night . .

This caused the queens to turn to a prophecy starring four dragonlings who might just save them all. Nerve is one of the prophecy dragonlings, who has almost lived his entire life not knowing he has his talons in two mancers. While on the journey to restore peace on Drealite, he learns that not every dragon close to him can be fully trusted, and he cannot let his guard down.
