Erik tries to escape his pain after Christine leaves in a not so happy way. While trying to drown himself in the lake, he finds himself in the future in Strasbourg instead of dead. How was he supposed to know that his lake was a portal to another time?! He discovers the Notre Dame de Strasbourg and becomes a resident there, playing on the streets nearby for money. Erik soon meets a very unusual girl who just might be the one to change his view on life for the better. This is a story of humor, adventure, healing, and maybe even a bit of romance.
I don't own Phantom of the Opera, just the events of the story and Artie!
