She shuts him down, this time with a stipulation that gives Dipper the slightest flicker of hope: Maybe if you were older... It's all it takes to get Dipper thinking. What if he WAS older? To change his age, Dipper makes a deal with the trickster dream demon, Bill Cipher. When this deal takes a turn for the worst, Dipper is forced to make Wendy fall in love with him within a week, or else Bill will bring upon the apocalypse.
