The Celestial and Incatasi packs are currently in the midst of a raging war over territory and resources. The war ground is blood soaked day and night. The rivers run red and the corpses of fallen comrades are left behind. Despair and mourning are things that cannot be exercised.
Arion Parker, Imperion leader of the Incatasi pack, is a power hungry bastard who believes he is above everyone around him. His own personality is ignorant and selfish, while his animal counterpart is blood thirsty and desperate. He doesn't think a mate would be a valuable asset, and when he learns that his mate is on the opposite side of the battle field he immediately extinguishes any chance of uniting with them. Arion sees emotions as weakness. He's even willing to murder the one he's destined to love, ignoring the repercussions.

My Mother Runs With Wolves

51 parts Complete

A genetically unique but emotionally lost teenager must figure out who she is within her mixed-up, warring world of Shifters and Wolfstalkers. ***** It wasn't Maddie's choice to be born a half-breed, half Shifter, half Wolfstalker -- a hunter of Shifters -- and it wasn't her choice to keep her identity a secret. But after trying to attend high school like any normal sixteen-year-old, things quickly spiral south when her Stalker uncle finds out about her and catapults her out of anonymity and into the awareness--or possibly the crosshairs--of The Order of the Wolfstalker. Maddie must think fast and figure out a way to keep herself and her family safe, or risk losing everything. Including her life. [[word count: 70,000-80,000 words]]
