Jason gets hurt and cant make it and Piper knows that if she says that she can't make it they'll think that he doesn't exist so Piper ask Leo (Valdez, Bad boy Supreme, Super Sized Mc Shizzle......I had to I just did) to pretend to be Jason and impress her dad and blah blah blah blah blah!
