After moving back to peaceful Japan from the big USA, all Riko Fujioka wanted to do was reunite with her father and her twin sister Haruhi. Just laze around at home, take a few leisurely walks in the park, go shopping, and just typical normal things in general. However, things don't always go according to plan. Upon her arrival, she enrolls into Ouran Private Academy and meets the most intriguing people she's ever met, otherwise known as the Ouran Host Club. Suddenly, she finds herself whisked away into their wacky adventures as she encounters new friends, new foes, and possibly a new attraction towards a certain princely host. Haughty rich kids, poofy dresses, expensive delicacies, and extravagant parties? This isn't exactly what Riko would call her cup of tea.
