There has been a begrudging peace for years after the last great war. The souls are in balance between Heaven and Hell. Angels and demons, good and evil, are not fighting each other. They rarely come into contact and only venture to the human's plain of existence for extremely important matters. If there is no trouble there is nothing to be done. But some hate the peace, they long for the thrill of the fight, the excitement of slaughter. Demons have been rioting in Hell, even angels, beings of pure goodness, are being tainted. One such angel left Heaven for a life on the human world as a being to rule them. Out of sheer boredom she left, and started to use her powers for evil deeds.
