Emily Cheng is ahead of her game. She is a successful doctor at the age of 30 and appears to have all that she could ever ask for, except for one thing - Love. After the man that she thought was her forever left her with a broken heart, she seems to lose hope in the fact that someday, she will find the person destined for her.

Kris Wu is one of the most sought-after actors of his generation. He looks cold and aloof on the outside but has a warm, clumsy and fun personality on the inside. He is dating a rising celebrity but their relationship is kept a secret as to protect the image of both parties, which Kris was not in favor of. This sparks Kris' dilemma - would he continue their love in secrecy for his significant other's security or would it be 'you and me against the world?'

Emily and Kris meet on a casual occasion not knowing that it was just the start of countless encounters.
