Fair warning, as this story progresses, it will become rather grotesque and not for the faint of heart. I am in full support of the entire lgbt community, the reasoning behind this novel is;

Reason one: to give insight to who those with disorders or afflictions used to be treated.
Reason two: Two show the effect of the negative stigma which lingers around the lgbt community.
