A buzz. 
All raves start with a buzz. Not an alcoholic buzz, although sometimes that's true too, but a text buzz. 
You need that text message, the text that sends you to another Friday night rave at a strangers house. The buzz is what commits you, again and again to party after party. 
And after a while it's not just one more party, not just one more night of fun, it becomes a lifestyle.
