After a car wreck leaves big-hearted Christina, better known as Chris, an orphan, she decides to go on a mission trip to Ghana. Two years later, she still hasn't returned and is now the head of her own charity, Expanding Hearts. Only problem? They are running out of money, making it hard for Chris to fund all the clinics and schools she has opened. Once her friend Sam suggests bringing in the popular band One Direction to draw attention to the charity, Chris is sent on a whole new type of journey.
