It's a doggy dog's world out there, but Aegis and Nolan were living their lives happily with each other. They were the couple that would either laugh in your face if you insulted one or shoot a bullet through your head if you insulted their lover. 

The two of them are closely related to two of the largest mafia houses. They weren't all that close until Aegis went undercover and eventually fell in love with his soon to be husband. A life-changing event changes the way others look at the couple, but they still don't care.

It was supposed to be like sparkles, fluffy animals, sex, and red-painted hydrangeas and gladioluses. Too bad an ex-girlfriend prefers lilies.
