With the help of a fellow mechanic tagging along, Jesse and Riley find a way to make the trip to the Florida faster. When they get to Florida, they discover that the Scientist is in a compound. To get to the scientist, Riley must first earn the trust of the compound rulers, by doing good deeds for them. Throughout the time that Riley stays in the compound, he finds himself a leader of a rebel group. Then he is asked to do something; something insane. Being him naive self, Riley takes it on.
