She rode as fast as she could, she looked like a a Ghost in the forest.she found them. "which one of you is Lori" i asked the one put her hand up. "i need you to come with me. Rick sent me your son Carl has been shot" fear crossed her face and she walked towards me. "wait Lori you can't trust er, we have no clue who she is" a guy said in a ruff voice. "Shut up ass hole, i'm doin somethin nice here, get on the dame horse or i'm leaven ya here" i said angry she came over to me and i pulled her onto the horse "if you back track to the main road you can find a place called fornen road two miles down you'll see a mailbox with the name Greene!" with that i pushed my boots down on Spirit to make him run.

The world didn't end in a bang. The world didn't end in a whisper. Instead, it ended one scream at a time. "You okay?" I heard someone say. I quickly stood up and held my cross bow out in front of me pointing it where the voice came from. "Woah, woah, put the cross bow down." I finally see the boy who was speaking, he looked about my age he has dark brown hair and ocean blue eyes. He wore a blue flannel and a brown cowboy hat. His eyes just made me melt, no, no Ava focus. I stared him down but he stared right back. "Just put it down, no one has to get hurt." I didn't listen to him I just kept aiming at his head. "What's your name?" The boy asked me. I don't understand why he keeps talking to me. I haven't listened. I just stared at him not able to even speak. "You don't talk much huh?" He asked. I just continued to stare at this boy. "Just put the weapon down and we can talk, I promise I won't hurt you." "Give me your gun." I said referring the gun he had in his holster. He pulled it out of his holster. "Put it on the ground in front of you." He did as I said and put it on the ground. "Kick it over here." I commanded. He again did what I asked and kicked the gun towards me. I swiftly bent down, never talking my eyes off the boy in the hat and picked up his gun. "You got anything else?" I asked. "You want to check?" He asked with a smirk plastered on his face. I rolled my eyes at this immature boy. "Do ya or no?" I asked getting frustrated. "I'm not telling you have to check." He told me the smirk never leaving his face. ~.~.~ When the world turns to shit, you learn not to trust anyone. Ava however is not like most people, she saw the good in Carl Grimes that day. She learns more from Carl and his group then she ever did out there. She learns that you need more then food and water and weapons, you need allies, you need friends that could just turn into family. I am Mariah Langsten, I go by May or Mariah. My friends, or the ones left would call me Mariah Carrie because how I could sing. I never heard it like they did. I am with two other survivors, My best friend Beth Greene, once the shit hit the fan I had no chance to find her. But once I finally got to their house. They were all gone, the barn was burnt to nothing, few walkers lurking and something that looked like their house. She told me a hoard got them and she told me about her group and what happened. It nearly killed me when she told me what happened to Hershel. He was like my second dad when we were kids. We cried for a while in each other arms. Then the other survivor was a guy I found on my way to Hershel's, which was over a 4 or 5 months ago. I lost count, besides his name is Andrew Winder. Him and Beth became a thing, but we decided not to tell her we've had sex more than a couple times. It was for comforting purposes, but we both knew deep down. It was defiantly for the hell of it, we haven't had any one sexually for a long time. I was 23, blonde hair and brown eyes, Beth was 21, blonde with blue eyes. She was so damn pretty. Andy (As I called him) was 25, brown hair and blue eyes. I had zero training before all this started, all I did was play video games, eat food and cuss at online players when they pissed me off. I didn't have much of a life. Never really had a good boyfriend, not even a decent. They all wanted me for my "perfect" boobs. And going against her better judgment, she becomes close with these men, especially the man with the crossbow. This will be based off The Walking Dead but will definitely be different.
