The Girl that Hades called Persephone
Unedited story* 21-year-old Persephone(who actually goes by Steffi since no one can spell or say her name correctly) is starting college. She's is finally two hours away from her overbearing mother, and able to live on her own. The first day, as she's walking through the forest, she meets a stranger on the bench. Dark hair, bright eyes, her stomach filled with butterflies. She was drawn to the stranger that sat on the bench. Connecting to him, they soon see each other more and more. Little did she know, it's the God of the underworld, and he's falling in love with her every second of the day. This is the story of Hades and Persephone. (I honestly didn't think people were going to read this story, so I am slowly going back and editing each chapter! The Tale of Hades & Persephone
This is a rewrite of my previous fan fiction "Tales of Hades and Persephone" as well as some inspiration from the original myth (and perhaps other retellings I enjoy). Hades has been alone for far too long. One day he pays a visit to Zeus and requests to marry Persephone. The King of the Gods agrees and even recommends Hades kidnap Persephone, since it's unlikely Demeter will agree to the marriage. Persephone is a young Goddess of Earth curious about the world of the mortals. She's always helping her mother Demeter, but one day while watching the mortals she wanders off only to fun into a handsome stranger. After a brief conversation, Persephone finds herself swept away to the Underworld. Will Hades manage to get Persephone to fall in love with him? What will Demeter do when she discovers her daughter is missing and it's all Zeus' fault? Will the mortals be able to survive the wrath of the Gods?Complete

Persephone is a young goddess, trying to make her own way in life. Thing is, her mother won't let her. She is convinced that some god will seduce her and leave her as a husk, or take her away from her forever. Persephone wants her freedom, and to find love. Hades is a quiet man who enjoys the small things in life. When he first glimpses Persephone, his mind is overrun. They soon meet and become fast friends. Will they be able to find happiness?Complete
