For years the kingdoms of Hastor and Agor have been rivals. When King Sultan of Hastor agrees to meet with King Dayne of Agor and doesn't return home when expected, the Queen and the counsel begin to grow suspicious. As time passes and the Princess Chinira of Hastor grows older, she becomes curious, despite her mother's advice, about a mysterious red-eyed boy named Wyck who is the son of the village's most popular baker.
As the sun begins to set on Chinira's 17th birthday, and the castle is buzzing with the people of Hastor for a ball in celebration of the Princess's coming of age, the night takes a turn for the worst when King Dayne of Agor and his men show up uninvited.
Follow Chinira on her journey as she endures hell to save her beloved home from darkness. Though her own spirit may not be enough by itself. She will need a person with the heart of a lion to protect her kingdom.
