Writer's note: this is an old piece of work previously titled 'Asunder', which has been previously published here but was left incomplete. I'm reviving (and rewriting) it after 7 years of being left out gathering dust...

Celestial London Chronicles #1 Long ago, the sun Xyliath, one of the ancient gods, fell in the first Blood War for peace. Her burning tears formed a flaming sword, which she gave to her son Aurelius. The sword had the power to destroy worlds and create new ones, but above all it possessed a power that no other god had. The ability to kill a god. No man, no hand and no weapon could cut through the skin of a celestial being and take out its heart. The Sword of Xyliath was the only exception. For centuries, the sword was protected by the sun god Aurelius, until it was stolen. The sun god, who has long rivalled the moon god, blames the latter for this and sends his grandson Silthos, the god of love and desire, to capture him. The young god receives support from the most feared deity of all - Aristaeus, the god of blood and war. This unusual partnership is intended to save the world from a possible new assassin of the gods. But the collaboration proves to be more difficult than expected. Silthos' usual charm doesn't seem to attract the god of blood and war, and Aristaeus' penchant for blood and torture even gives Silthos the creeps. Two men - a psycho and an unkissed man who embodies lust and desire. Can they save the world from the power of the sword? Who can they trust and, most importantly, can they trust each other? General Sevei is of the firm opinion that Nobles are shady and Alchemists even shadier. Noble Alchemists are the absolute worst. He is not looking forward to partnering with one to guard the border. Upon their introduction, though, it would seem they have already met... under very intimate circumstances. Oh...,**** Set in the same world as Salvage, but we're going back in time for some Medieval sword and sorcery! This wholesome, happy-endings-all-around, smutty queer fantasy romance features an M/M main couple along with a host of supporting characters bringing some trans rep, some pan rep, some sex worker positivity, and even a straight ally who tries his darndest, bless his little puppy heart. Plenty of fluff, plenty of sexy times, a few funny bits, and our gang do all make it through the Horrors - but there is a war on, so there's also plenty of angst and a bit of bloody violence along the way. CW: Violence, violent death (no main characters), homophobic society, internalized homophobia and closeting, internalized transphobia (supporting character), war veteran ptsd, slavery (supporting character - no abuse of this character is depicted and sentiments are anti-slavery), strong language, detailed sexual content (all consensual), discussion of sex work.
