Gerard and his younger brother just moved into a new town shortly following their parents divorce. After moving into this town, they meet the loner, Ray Toro, and popular kid, Frank Iero. Will Frank be able to help Gerard get over his memories of the past? Or will they be too much for him to handle?

Though, he has a bit of an edgy attitude most people learn to respect. There's more to Gerard than what the outside shows. His brother Mikey and best friend Ray know glimpses of how he really feels, and how complications from the past really fuck with his behavior. But, their differences don't keep them apart considering these strangers are forced into each other's lives when Gerard finds Frank attempting to commit suicide. When Gerard is pulled aside to meet Frank, the new student in the school, he is told to help show him around. Gerard figures it's just for a few days, but doesn't realize that he will end up not wanting Frank to leave. Both soon realize they are falling in love with the other.
